Monica is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute For Integrative Nutrition and a Certified Brain Health Coach through Amen University.
Starting in the year 2000, Monica began learning from leading and counseling women with the Bible in community discussion groups. Seeing the spiritual and physical effects of how the Word of God and prayer not only changed others around her, but also guided her own life through trials of family cancer, mental illness, and substance abuse brought her hope of seeing the same victories in other women and families.
Since 2013, she has helped thousands of individuals reach physical, mental, and spiritual health goals. Monica has a way of listening to and coaching individuals and community groups with the whole, created person in mind and with the living and active words of the triune God as the foundation.
Her legal and healthcare business background makes her uniquely qualified to help not only with health concerns, but also with habits of productivity leading to human flourishing in the home and outside in the world of occupational discipleship.
Monica’s Mission:
Monica believes that each person is born to be deeply known and loved and has a given identity, a unique personality, and a divine mission. Her mission is to help others know these truths with certainty and she desires to equip others with the ability to be propelled on their own mission, causing a ripple effect that transforms the communities in which they live - reaching around the world. May each one of you who read this be guided to own and proclaim their story of through this work.
Monica’s Prayer…
That all involved with Redemptive Wellness would be transformed by the renewal of their mind in the face of trauma, trials, and temptations and not be conformed to the unhealthy and even destructive patterns of the world that we all live in—no matter their age, race, religion, or family heritage.
May they see that an abiding relationship with Jesus Christ is the true Fountain of Youth, in this world and the next, and that being found in Him is their true identity.
